1. Acceptance

By installing or using Skedify ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of service

Skedify is a booking management application for Shopify merchants. It allows merchants to manage staff, services, availability, and customer appointments through their Shopify admin.

3. Merchant responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your service listings, availability, and pricing.
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding customer data and bookings.
• You are responsible for informing your customers about your booking and cancellation policies.

4. Billing

Subscription charges are billed through Shopify's billing system. Selected plans include a free trial period. You can cancel at any time through the Shopify admin.

5. Data & privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with Shopify's API Terms of Service and mandatory GDPR webhooks.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed bookings, scheduling conflicts, or revenue loss resulting from App usage. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. Upon uninstallation, your data will be deleted immediately. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.
